1. Legal Compliance & Content Restrictions

Mawqie Technology FZE reserves the right to refuse reserving domains or publishing any product, description, image, or content that may violate applicable laws, regulations, or public morals. The company also reserves the right to remove any content deemed inappropriate or non-compliant.


2. Amendments to Terms

Mawqie Technology FZE may update or modify these Terms & Conditions and the Privacy Policy at any time. Any changes become effective once published on the official website.


3. Payment Terms

The client is required to pay all subscription fees and any additional charges in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing.


4. Non-Payment Consequences

If payment is not made within 3 days of the due date, Mawqie Technology FZE reserves the right to suspend or disable services including websites, applications, or systems until full payment is received.


5. Contract Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement if the other party fails to comply with its obligations. A written notice will be issued, granting a period of 14 days to resolve the issue. If the issue is not resolved within this period, the agreement may be terminated without further notice or legal action.


6. Project Delay by Client

If the client fails to provide required content, materials, or approvals within 60 days, the project will be considered void. In such cases, no refund shall be issued.


7. Force Majeure

Mawqie Technology FZE shall not be held responsible for delays or failure in performance due to force majeure events, strikes, natural disasters, or official holidays.


8. Client Responsibilities

The client must provide all required information, content, and materials necessary for project execution. Any delays caused by the client may affect delivery timelines.


9. Project Kickoff Timeline

Upon signing the agreement, the Mawqie team will contact the client within 3 working days to define project requirements and specifications.


10. Design Scope & Revisions

Each project includes one initial design concept and one revision. Additional modifications or redesign requests will incur additional charges.


11. Training & Support

Training will be provided to the client on system usage. After completion of training, Mawqie Technology FZE is not responsible for ongoing content updates or system management unless a maintenance agreement is active.


12. Maintenance & Support

Technical support and maintenance are provided for one (1) year and are renewable upon contract renewal.


13. Hosting, Domain & Ownership Terms

Mawqie Technology FZE retains ownership and control of hosting, domain management, and system infrastructure during the active contract period. All services operate under Mawqie infrastructure unless otherwise agreed in writing.

The client agrees that the service agreement is valid for one (1) year and must be renewed annually. If the client requests transfer of hosting, domain, or related services, a minimum of one (1) year from the contract start date must be completed.

Upon eligibility for transfer, all transfer-related costs will be borne by the client. Mawqie Technology FZE will determine and communicate the applicable transfer fees at the time of request.

Until the transfer process is fully completed, Mawqie Technology FZE remains responsible for system operation and service management.


14. Domain Ownership

Domain ownership may be transferred to the client after one (1) year. All associated transfer fees will be paid by the client.


15. Website Ownership Transfer

Once hosting is transferred to the client, full responsibility of the website or application is transferred as well, and Mawqie Technology FZE will no longer be responsible for maintenance or performance.


16. Contract Cancellation

In case of termination, a formal cancellation request must be signed by both parties to finalize the agreement.


17. Design & Modification Requests

Any post-delivery changes to design, layout, or structure will be treated as paid modifications, with costs determined by Mawqie Technology FZE based on the requested changes.


18. Third-Party Services

Mawqie Technology FZE is not responsible for delays, rejections, or decisions made by third-party providers such as payment gateways or external platforms.


19. Restricted Activities

Mawqie Technology FZE does not support or host any content that violates laws, regulations, or public ethics.

21. Working Hours

Mawqie Technology FZE operates Monday to Friday from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM (UAE time).

 

Service Level Agreement (SLA)

1. Support Availability

Mawqie Technology FZE provides technical support during working hours, Monday to Friday, from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM (UAE time), excluding official holidays.


2. Response Time

Support requests are handled based on priority level. Standard response time is between 24 to 72 working hours depending on the nature and complexity of the issue.


3. Maintenance Coverage

Basic maintenance and technical support are included for a period of one (1) year only if the service agreement is active and valid. Maintenance includes system monitoring, bug fixes, and minor technical issues.


4. Exclusions

The SLA does not cover:

  • New feature development or major changes
  • Redesign or structural modifications
  • Third-party service issues (payment gateways, external APIs, etc.)
  • Client-requested updates beyond agreed scope

Such requests will be treated as separate paid services.


5. System Downtime & Third-Party Dependencies

Mawqie Technology FZE will make reasonable efforts to ensure system availability. However, the company is not responsible for downtime caused by third-party services, hosting providers, or external integrations.


6. Priority Handling

Critical system issues affecting core functionality will be prioritized over general inquiries and non-urgent requests.


7. Limitations of Support

Support is limited to the agreed scope of the project. Any additional work outside the original contract will require a separate agreement or additional charges.
