1. General Policy
All payments made to Mawqie Technology FZE are strictly final and non-refundable under all circumstances.
2. Contract Duration
All service agreements are based on a fixed contract duration of one (1) year unless otherwise stated in writing. Payments are made in advance for the agreed contract period.
3. Non-Refundable Services
Due to the custom nature of our services, all work including but not limited to website development, mobile applications, CRM, ERP, enterprise systems, and custom software development is non-refundable once the project has started, been planned, or partially executed.
4. Exception Clause
A refund may only be considered if Mawqie Technology FZE fails to deliver any part of the agreed scope of work as explicitly defined in the signed contract.
Any such request will be reviewed internally and assessed strictly based on documented contractual obligations.
5. Project Commencement
Once project planning, resource allocation, or development work has started, all payments become non-refundable.
6. Client Acknowledgment
By engaging with Mawqie Technology FZE, signing the contract, and/or making any payment, the client confirms that they have read, understood, and fully agreed to this Refund Policy as well as the Terms & Conditions of the company.
